SPRINT (Senior Peoples' Resources in North Toronto) is a neighbourhood based, non-profit United Way member agency that provides a wide range of community and home support services to help seniors and persons with disabilities live independently in their own homes. 

Dr. Mark Nowaczynski is a medical doctor who provides care to frail house-bound seniors in Toronto. He is the subject of the Gemini Award winning National Film Board of Canada documentary film “House Calls.” 

VHA Home HealthCare (including VHA Rehab Solutions) is a not-for-profit United Way member agency and accredited provider of nursing, personal support / homemaking and rehab services to people of all ages and cultural backgrounds in the comfort of their own home. 

St. Clair West Services for Seniors is a neighbourhood based, non-profit United Way member agency that is a team of clients, volunteers, employees, and supporters who work together to provide support services for individuals who want to maintain their quality of life while living in their own homes. 

Dr. Sheila Neysmith of the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto is the project research partner.
